Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. This does not include weekends or holidays.

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: Processing time refers to how long it takes to prepare your order for shipment—not total delivery time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. This includes all 50 states, but excludes US territories and military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

International shipping will be added in the future once we've refined our operations and can ensure a reliable customer experience.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure or consider using a carrier hold location.

Incorrect Address: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, we may not be able to reroute your package. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
