Return Policy

We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in their original packaging. The 30-day window begins from the date you receive your order (not the purchase date).

Eligible for Return:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Not Eligible for Return:

  • All earrings are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless otherwise stated)

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours.

Step 2: Once approved, we'll provide you with a return address and instructions.

Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

This ensures you receive your new piece as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to process first.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
  • Description of the issue

We'll work quickly to send you a replacement or process a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
